Description

In the Cloth level in Content Examples, there is some inconsistent behavior with Owen's trench coat. The coat tails appear heavy (they don't trail behind the character's movement), and the straps are very floaty. This isn't consistent with the clothing behavior in UE4/Main

Possibly related to [Link Removed] and other clothing collision issues brought up.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open Content Examples in editor.
  2. Open the Cloth level.
  3. Play in viewport.
  4. Walk into the trigger in display 1.7 to possess Owen.
  5. Move around the level.

RESULT

coat tails appear to act heavy while the straps appear floaty.
