Local blueprint variables do not appear to be displaying their tooltips when Get or Set. This is inconsistent behavior, as adding a non-local variable displays the tooltip when Get or Set.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the editor
  2. Create a new actor blueprint
  3. Create a new function
  4. Add a local variable
  5. Compile
  6. Add a tooltip to the local variable in its Details panel
  7. Get or Set the variable
  8. Hover over the node

Result: No tooltip is displayed

Expected: Tooltip would be displayed
