REGRESSION

No, occurs in 4.14.

When creating a physics asset with Default Angular Constraint Mode set to Limited, if the user saves and restarts the editor without making any edits, the constraints will have its angular limits set to Free after the restart.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open QAGame in editor.
  2. Right-click on the skel mesh SK_Mannequin and select Create > Physics Asset > Create.
  3. With Default Angular Constraint Mode set to Limited (which is the default selection), select OK.
  4. Switch to Constraint Mode and select a constraint. Notice that the angular limits are set to Limited.
  5. Save the physics asset.
  6. Restart the editor.
  7. Open the physics asset you created.
  8. Switch to Constraint Mode and select a constraint.

RESULT

The Angular Limits are now Free.

WORKAROUND

When you create the physics asset, edit the constraint's Angular Limits and then save. The limits will now be saved as Limited.
