No additional ticks appear on the timeline when you zoom in

1. Create a Third Person template project
2. Import the attached fbx onto the Mannequin skeleton
3. Open the animation
4. Zoom in on the timeline (mouse wheel)

Result: The timeline is not divided into more ticks up as you zoom in. Seems to be divided in an arbitrary manner.
Expected: Timeline keeps being divided down to ticks on the individual frame numbers as you zoom in.
