Description

Unlit materials do not get merged correctly on merge materials by HLOD generation. They turn black.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Generate HLOD(Generate Clusters, then Generate Proxy Meshes) for the attached map, make sure merge materials setting is on
2. Zoom out in the viewport to see cubes turn black
