DLC update from 1.0 deletes staging folder which unable to make incremental(patch) chunks.
1) Create an sample project
2) Create a configuration using DLC+Patch template
3) Try to create 1.0 release version
4) Try to make DLC1.0
5) Add maps and try make DLC 1.0
Expected: incremental httpchunks are added
Result: all the chunks are regenerated.
