Description

The new component will be automatically attached to the old component, instead of being attached to the old component's parent.

This issue can be frustrating as it can have an impact on the transform.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a new actor blueprint and open it
  2. On Components tab, add a new Static Mesh
  3. On Components tab, Right-click on the new component > Duplicate
    Results: New Static mesh is set as a child to the old one
    Expected: New Static mes is set as a child to the old component's parent
