When a physics mesh lands on a skeletal mesh, it will never go to sleep.
RESULT
The static mesh falls on the skeletal mesh, but even when it rests on it, the string printed reads "true" (it's getting the value of Is Any Rigid Body Awake).
EXPECTED
For the mesh to eventually sleep (string to print false).
