Anchor text can be scaled via the scale box

Anchor text can be scaled via the scale box. The scaling for the anchors of widget can be affect if placed in a scale box

1. Open attached project
2. Open Test Scale widget blueprint
3. Select the image in the hierarchy
4. Hover over the anchors
5. Notice that the text for the anchors has been scaled

Expected: The text for the anchors would not be affected by the scale box
Result: The text for the anchors appears to be over scaled at times
