Description

When a spline component is created in a class/blueprint (child) that is used as a component for another class/blueprint (parent), the spline component cannot be edited from the parent class instance / blueprint.

Regression:
No- Behavior occurs in 4.14.3 Binary

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open UE4 Editor
  2. Add two blueprints based on Actor (ParentBP and ChildBP)
  3. Add Spline Component to ChildBp
  4. Add Child Actor Component (CAC) to ParentBP
  5. Set CAC to ChildBP
  6. Add instance of ParentBP to viewport

Result:
The spline component in ParentBP instance (or blueprint editor) cannot be edited

Expected:
Nested spline components can be edited from the highest level, regardless how deeply nested the component is.
