Editor Crashes when creating a function in Child Anim Blueprint.

Regression:
This issue did NOT occur in 4.13.2 Binary build

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new project using the third person template (No starter Content)
  2. Navigate to the Third Person Character animation blueprint (Content > Mannequin > Animations)
  3. Select ThirdPerson_AnimBP and create a child based off of it (Right click > Create child Blueprint class)
  4. Name it Child_AnimBP > Open Child_AnimBP
  5. Create a function
    Result: Editor Crashes
    Expected Result: A new function is created in the child anim
