Steps to Reproduce

1. Disable a mobile shader permutation under Project Settings, Rendering, (Mobile) Shader Permutation Reduction
2. Configure a light that would require a permutation that has been disabled
3. Change to mobile preview. Observe the light or shadow doesn't render correctly but there is no warning to the user

Expected: the user is warned that the current lighting setup requires a disabled mobile shader permutation

Things to test:

  • disabling LQ lightmaps with static lighting enabled (should show warning)
  • Setting up a light for CSM+Static (disable inset shadows, add a CSM distance) and
  • * then disable the CSM+Static permutation
  • * or disable the Distance Field Shadows permutation
  • Add a movable light and disable the movable directional light permutation
