uncaught exception: out of memory after launching project onto HTML5 (32-bit browsers)

First person template project is struggling to run on Firefox 32-bit Version 52.0.1 and eventually throws an "uncaught exception: out of memory" error.

Occurs in both BP and C++ projects.

May be a similar issue to UE-40815 which was fixed in Dev-Mobile.

1. Create a new first person project and open in the editor
2. Launch onto Firefox.

Result: Project plays in browser with a low FPS before erroring out with an out of memory message

Expected: Project plays in browser normally
