Description

When attaching an Actor during its BeginPlay, using SnapToTarget (when that
location is not already matched up to the parent) creates an offset on the client.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download and open the project: [Link Removed]
  2. Play in new window with 2 players
  3. Take a look at the example with the text "Spawn then Attach Without Delay"

Result: The actor is offset on the client.

Expected: The behavior would be the same on the server and client.
