Backspace Key not activating when working with 3D Widgets

Backspace Key not activating when working with 3D Widgets and will not be called when working with the Widget Interaction component. User says they are having a similar problem with the enter key in regards to the web browser widget component

Regression:
This issue does not occur in 4.14.3 binary build of the engine

1. Open Project attached
2. Open level named TEST
3. PIE
4. Click the 3D Widget with the Left mouse button
5. Click with the right mouse button
   Result: The Backspace key is not being despite another key being called fine the same way (A key)
   Expected Result: The Backspace key is called and a character is deleted
