Inaccurate updates to root widget visibility binding

Inaccurate updates to root widget visibility binding, so far in my testing, this does not affect the functionality of the binding.

Regression:
affects 4.13.2, 4.14.3, 4.15.1 binary versions

1. Create a new project (No template or starter content needed)
2. Create a new Widget blueprint > Name it "Widget_BP" > Open Widget_BP
3. In the hierarchy menu select [Widget_BP]
4. Under [Widget_BP]'s detail panel create a binding for visibility
5. Once the binding opens go back to the designer tab and click compile
6. In the hierarchy menu select [Widget_BP] and look for the visibility binding in the details panel (Result)
7. Switch to the graph tab and then back to the designer tab
8. In the hierarchy menu select [Widget_BP] and look for the visibility binding in the details panel (expected result)

Result: Binding will no longer appear to be bound

Expected result: Binding would be shown in the details panel
