REGRESSION: No, occurs in 4.15 as well

Crash occurs when press Ctrl+Tab when the Project Browser is open. I did not crash if I tried this when in the editor itself.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Start the editor without a project
  2. Press Ctrl+Tab once the project browser opens.
