Description

Child rotation appears to change when parent is negatively scaled and the map is saved using "Save Current" button. If this is then followed up by re-opening the map, the user's asset will experiencing rotation.

Steps to Reproduce

Edit: PDF Detailing bug repro has been attached

  1. Download attached project
  2. Open project
  3. Open map "untitled"
  4. Click the "Save Current" button (not save all)
  5. Double click map to open the map again (Note: Clicking save current and opening the map can be repeated and the issue will happen each time)
  6. Notice that the cone rotates

Expected: The Child (the cone in this example) would not rotate when saving and re-entering the map
Result: The cone appears to rotate when clicking the save current button and re-entering the map
