This only affect Launching on code projects. Packaging code projects works fine.

This is a regression from 4.15.2

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new C++ FirstPerson template project on Mac
  2. Click the Arrow next to Launch and select your Mac machine

Result: Run command fails
