Match3 - Startup video does not play but audio can be heard

Description

The audio can be heard for the opening splash but the video can not be seen.

In Binary 4.15.2 neither video or audio play.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Sync/Compile a copy of Match3 from P4
  2. File->PackageProject->BuildConfiguration->Development
  3. File->PackageProject->Android(ETC1)
  4. Install the packaged build onto an android device and launch it

Result: The startup UE4 splash video does not play but audio can be heard
Expected Result: Video and audio does not play
