Description

Example 1.6 on Cloth Map seems broken. Both Assets clip when twisting when they're supposed to be examples of Self Collision.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Get Content Examples file from \\epicgames.net\root\Builds\UE4\Manual_Build\QA\UE4_Release-4.16\GPU Compat\3405309
  2. Open ContentExamples> WindowsNoEditor> ContentExamples.exe
  3. Press ~ and type "Open Cloth"
  4. Navigate to Example 1.6

Result:
Both Example assets clip while twisting.
Expected Result:
Left Example asset twist with no collision and Right Example asset twist with collision.

REGRESSION:
