Disabling PIX Profiling in the project settings for Xbox One does not actually disable PIX Profiling.
This does not happen with C++ projects
This is a Regression
Results: PIX can still analyze the game running on the Xbox even when it was disabled in the editor
Expected Results: PIX cannot analyze data from the game since it was disabled in the packaged build
