Copy/paste of multiple components in attachment hierarchy distorts transform values

When multiple components in an attachment hierarchy are copy and paste, the result is the new group has a distorted shape from the original. This issue may be related to [Link Removed] and is affecting the transform values that are present in the attachment hierarchy.

1. Create a new project ( No template or starter content needed)
2. Create a new actor class blueprint > Name it "TEST_BP" > Open TEST_BP
3. Add 4 cubes the same as in screenshot_01
4. Copy and paste the heirarchy
5. move the copied group in the viewport

Result: The copied group does not maintain the same transform values as the original
Expected result: The copied group maintains the same transform values as the original
