Particles using the Velocity Over Life Module with extremely high values are behaving erratically without Local Space turned on and with Local Space turned on you can not rotate the particle system in the editor.
1. Open the attached "BugVelLifeTest.uproject" file, located in attached zip file.
2. Open the Particle System in Cascade
3. In the 2 Required Modules, turn on Local Space.
RESULTS: After opening Project, notice that the 4 emitters in the level are generating particles which move well away from their spawn point AND after Step 2, notice all emitters are rotated the same way.
EXPECTED: Emitters spawn particles from their correct origin point and can be rotated in the editor.
