Description

After the gizmo is detached, if you click on it to use it, such as translating the object with the translation widget, then the gizmo snaps back to the object in the Viewport.

Based off of [Link Removed] test execution history, I'm labeling this as a regression.

Steps to Reproduce

Repro:

  1. Create a new Code FirstPerson template project.
  2. Navigate to Edit > Plugins.
  3. Click the "New Plugin" button in the bottom right of the window.
  4. Select Editor Mode for the template and name the plugin: EMPlug
  5. Click the green Create plugin button.
  6. click on the Other category under the new Project filter in the plugins list.
  7. Uncheck the enable checkbox
  8. Restart
  9. Check the enable checkbox you previously unchecked.
  10. Restart
  11. Click on the new mode tab available in the modes panel.
  12. In the viewport, select the cube mesh above the "First Person Template" text.
  13. In the mode panel, click on the "Up" button 3 times.

Result:
Translation gizmo becomes detached from object in the Viewport as editor mode plugin is being use.

Expected:
Gizmos remain attached to objects in Viewport as editor mode plugin is being used.
