Description

There is an issue that is occurring where visible shadow seams appear after an object is rotated where it was not previously.

CL tested
4.15.3 - CL 3450819 - Issue is present
4.16.2 - CL 3514769 - Issue is present
4.17.0 - CL 3515847 - Issue is present

Steps to Reproduce
  1. create a new project (No template or starter content needed)
  2. Create a new material
  3. Set the base color of that material to white
  4. apply the material to the Floor static mesh in the blank level
  5. Duplicate the mesh and place it directly behind (On the X axis) so that they are touching
  6. Add a point light and place it underneath the meshes (Setup_image)
  7. Build the lighting (Expected Result)
  8. Rotate the darker mesh by 90 degrees (Direction does not matter)
  9. Build the lighting again
    Result: There is a visible shadow seam between the two meshes
    Expected result: There is no shadow seam between the meshes
