This problem always occured in 4.16.0, 4.16.2.
It does not occur 4.15.3.

1.Open Reproduction projects. (Obtained from link in "Description")
2.Open level sequencer (Click CaptureSequence.uasset).
3.Open RenderMovieSettings and click "Capture Movie" button, that start movie capturing.
At this time, the capture screen seems to have problems with lighting.
