Description

Yellow 'reset to default' arrow will disappear if the Details panel scrolls it out of view. Aside from the Transform, this seems to happen for most values in the Details panel.

User description:

Found a strange one, the yellow "reset to default" arrows disappear after scrolling offscreen so the edited value isn't visible anymore. Transform arrows still work as expected, but this seems to happen with a lot of other stuff like lights and post process volumes, possibly more (or everything).

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new blank project
  2. Select the 'Light Source' directional light in the World Outliner
  3. In the Details panel, (take note of the Yellow Arrow on the Intensity value) scroll down so the Intensity value is off the screen
  4. Scroll back up

Results: The Yellow arrow will be missing and the only way to get it back so it can be reset to the default value is be selecting another asset in the viewport and reselecting the light source.

Expected: For the Yellow arrow to always remain when a value isn't set to the default state and be usable.
