Niether movie playback Startup Movies Play on ES3.1
Open or create a project
Enable ES3.1 and disable ES 2. (Project Settings, Android)
A good test app to use is the attachment in [Link Removed]. It contains startup movies, background loading movies and a UMG movie player.
