Description

When setting "draw at desired size" for a widget component to true, the "Draw size" will no longer respond to input.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a widget blueprint
  2. Add a text block to the designer tab
  3. compile and save
  4. Create a actor blueprint
  5. Add a widget component
  6. Set the class for the widget component to the widget that was created
  7. Set "Draw at desired size" to true (the widget will center this is expected)
  8. Set "Draw at desired size" to false

Result: The widget does not return to the way it was previously and if the draw size is changed manually it will have no affect
Expected: Once Draw at desired size is unchecked, the size of the widget would be able to be manually altered via the draw size category
