Issue is being fixed on Oculus' end.
Last frame is remaining frozen on the HMD when exiting Play in VR PReview
Note this can only be seen if you do not remove the VR Headset when exiting, as soon as it stops registering Worn status the display clears properly
Expected Result: HMD stops rendering
Outcome: Last frame remains frozen on HMD
