In the editor, any action that opens a code file will not bring Visual Studio to the foreground if it's already opened.

This was tested with:

  1. Right-click asset > Open header file.
  2. Clicking Parent Class in blueprint editor.
  3. Go To Definition on blueprint nodes.
Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open Visual Studio.
  2. With Visual Studio in the background, right-click an asset and select Open <AssetName>.h.

RESULT

The header file will open but Visual Studio will remain in the background.
