Description

When using the Engine's High Res Screenshot tool, there is a limit on the amount of foliage that can be present before the meshes stop appearing. This number is around 1500 meshes, though I was not able to get an exact number. This issue appears to be a regression, as this does not occur in engine version 4.16

Versions Tested:
4.16.3 - CL: 3561208 - Issue does not occur
4.17.1 - CL: 3586342 - Issue occurs
4.18 - CL: 3597901 - Issue occurs

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new project with Starter content included (No template needed)
  2. Create a new level of type default
  3. In the new default level set the scale of the floor mesh to 10 on all axis
  4. In the Foliage tool add the mesh SM_Bush into the foliage type
  5. Using the foliage brush paint the whole floor mesh in the level (Cover it as much as possible)
  6. Using the console type in HighResShot 2 and open the file that appears in the alert box
    Result: No foliage will be displayed in the screenshot
    Expected Result: Foliage would be displayed in the screenshot
