Trying to cut or copy text / references using the options from the right click menu does not actually copy the selection to the clipboard. The right click menu will show the Paste option grayed out and the Ctrl+V shortcut does nothing.
This is especially problematic for things that can only be copied from a menu, such as the "Copy Reference" option as the provided workaround cannot be used ([Link Removed])
WORKAROUND:
Using the Ctrl+C shortcut to copy (or Ctrl+X to cut) text does allow it to be pasted using either the right click menu / shortcut
REGRESSION:
No - same behavior occurs in previous engine versions
NOTE:
If something has been copied previously, copying something using the right click menu will clear the previous clipboard option but not replace it with the new copy.
Result:
The Text option is greyed out and selection cannot be pasted
Expected:
The section copied can then be pasted
