All Sprites and Flipbooks besides the player's appear blurry when the player character moves. It is more evident in some sprites than others, but it appears that any sprite or flipbook that are not the character blur when the player moves.
1. Launch: UE4Editor.exe
2. Create a new 2D Side Scroller Blueprint template project
4. Enter console command, "show postprocessing" to disable any possible blur effects
5. Run all the way to the left or right of the level
6. Run back and forth near the white bar on the side of the level
The platform sprites and the white bar sprites are all blurred during movement.
