Description

When using the yellow arrow beside of settings in the editor to reset values back to their default in blueprints, the blueprint does not dirty.

This was working as expected in 4.15, however after 4.16 and through 4.17 is when this result occurs.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the editor
  2. Create a new actor blueprint
  3. Change a class default (Actor Hidden in game was used on original test)
  4. Compile and save
  5. Click the yellow arrow that returns the setting back to its default (do not manually set the value)

Result: Blueprint does not dirty
Expected: The blueprints would dirty when using the rest arrow in the same way that it does when manually resetting any value
