Changing the "Color Vision Deficiency Preview Type" setting under "Editor Preferences" does not work

Making changes to the "Color Vision Deficiency Preview Type" under the "Editor Preferences" does not change the Color Vision Preview.

Regression: Yes

Works in: 4.16.3-3561208

Does not work in : 4.17.1-3586342 and Main

1. Create a New Project
2. In Editor Preferences > Appearance > Colors, change the "Color Vision Deficiency Preview Type" settings (cycle through the selection while looking at the preview window).

Results: Changing the "Color Vision Deficiency Preview Type" setting does not work in 4.17.1 and Main.

Expected Results: Color vision preview to change according to my setting selection.
