When using the merge actor tools with Vertex colors painted on, the resulting mesh will have those colors distorted. This issue occurs only with the resulting static mesh. This issue is a regression from4.16.3

Versions Tested:
4.16.3 - CL: 3561208 - Issue does not occur
4.17.1 - CL: 3586342 - Issue occurs
4.18 - CL: 3597901 - Issue occurs

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new project with starter content enabled
  2. Add 2 SM_Chair meshes into the level
  3. Using the vertex pain tool paint colors onto both meshes
  4. Combine both meshes with the "Merge Actors" Option and select the "Bake vertex data mesh
  5. Add the newly created mesh into the level
    Result: The vertex colors are now distorted
    Expected Result: The vertex colors are not distorted
