SceneCaptureComponent2D Component does not allow the use of the Hidden Actor array

SceneCaptureComponent2D Component does not allow the use of the Hidden Actor array and the Show only actors array does not take in elements. This issue does not occur in 4.16.3 because the feature was not implemented in that version.

Versions Tested:
4.16.3 - CL: 3651208 - Feature is not present
4.17.1 - CL: 3586342 -Issue occurs
4.18 - CL: 3635932 - Issue occurs

1. Create a new project (no template ar starter content needed)
2. Create a new actor blueprint > Name it "TEST_BP" > open EST_BP
3. Add a new SceneCaptureComponent2D and naviagte to its details panel
4. Under the Scene Capture section under the Primitive Render mode set it to "Use ShowOnly List"
5. Click the plus for Show Only Actors array elements
   Result: Cannot select an object for the show only actors and the hidden actors array does not open
   Expected Result: elements can be added to the show only actors and the Hidden actors array is selectable
