Unable to summon Preview Scene Settings from Viewport menu

REGRESSION: Yes, does not occur in 4.17.2

User is not able to summon Preview Scene Settings from the Viewport Menu.

Still works if the user selects it from the Window > Preview Scene Settings option from the menu bar.

1. Open QAGame in editor.
2. Open a skeletal mesh.
3. Close the Preview Scene Settings if they're already opened.
4. Click the viewport menu in the top left corner of the viewport.
5. Select Preview Scene Settings.

RESULT

Preview Scene Settings is not opened.
