Scroll widget into view does not appear to work when scrolling up

When using the node "Scroll Widget Into View" the scroll box that uses it does not appear to scroll widgets into view when selecting widgets that are out up view in the up direction.

Regression: Yes (Does not occur in 4.16)

1. Download the attached
2. Open the project
3. Play in Editor
4. Press the button with the down arrow [ v ] until the scroll box stops scrolling
5. Press the button with the up arrow [ ^ ] until the up arrow button is highlighted by the navigation dotted lines

Result: The scroll box does not scroll up as the buttons in the scroll box are focused
Expected: The scroll box would scroll up and down to show the current button being focused

Bonjour j'ai un petit problème c'est que je ne vois plus l'onglet "scability" pour changer les graphismes de uefn et j'ai pas trouvé l'option pour le faire revenir ?

My map looks so rigged because part of the skybox is missing it says "Your scene contains a skydome mesh with a sky material but it does not cover that part of the screen
