OnUrlChanged does not fire on mobile

When using On Url Changed event on mobile devices, the event does not appear to fire as expected.

Tested on iphone 5

As a note: The function GetUrl appears to be similarly affected.

1. Download the attached project
2. Open the project
3. Launch on to iOS device
4. Open on device
5. Wait ~3 seconds

Result: The Url is changed, however the print string setup for OnUrlChanged does not fire
Expected: The print string setup to fire OnUrlChanged would print to the screen when the Url is changed
