Description

-This functions in 4.16
-Physics will only simulate if the Third Person Character bone name variable is set to root
-Physics does not affect any other bone
-Make sure to plug in set in collision for the capsule component and mesh (See below)

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download attached project
  2. Open Third Person Example Map
  3. See Blueprint in ThirdPersonCharacter the section labeled Physics
  4. Play and press R

Result: Upper left arm does not simulate physics (ragdoll effect)
Expected: The arm goes into simulate physics/ragdoll
