Get User profile does not appear to be returning the correct values

Get User Profile does not appear to be returning the correct values. Player height always returns as 0.0 and IPD always returns as 0.064.

Regression: Yes

This issue did NOT occur in 4.16

1. Make sure oculus is hooked up and turned on
2. Open the editor
3. Open level blueprint
4. Create the blueprint in the attached image
5. Play in editor

Result: Player Height = 0.0 and the IPD always returns 0.064
Expected: The Player Height and IPD would return the current height and eye spacing for the user's profile
