Web browser widget appears washed out

1. Download attached project
2. Open project
3. Play in editor

Result: The Web browser on the left appears washed out (while the browser on the right has a material that converts all color data from sRGB to linear RGB (looks as expected))
Expected: The web browser would look like the web browser widget on the right by default
