REGRESSION: Yes, does not occur in 4.17.2

Navmesh does not automatically update when the user undoes the scaling of a nav mesh bounds volume.

This issue occurs with both changing the scale in the Transform settings, and with changing the extents of the brush.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create and open a top-down blueprint project.
  2. Press P to show the nav mesh
  3. Select the NavigationMeshBoundsVolume in the level.
  4. Resize the volume (either using the transform - scale setting or the Brush extents.
  5. Undo.

RESULT

Navmesh does not update automatically

WORKAROUND

Rebuild paths in the level.
