Description

Noticing that the location of the animated cube is not in the expected location on the first frame when rendering it out. Looking into that I noticed that I could reproduce it by going outside of the playback range when simulating. Doesn't repro when scrubbing in editor.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open QAGame
  2. Open the level FrameAccuracyLevel
  3. Open the sequence FrameAccuracyMaster_Master
  4. Open the Render Movie Settings
  5. Capture Movie
  6. View first 2 frames

Result: Animated cube is in its bind pose at frame one not at the first frame of its animation
