[Feature Request] Dialogue appears behind screen space widgets

Dialogue text appears behind screen space widgets

1. Download the attached project
2. Open the the project
3. Play in Editor
4. Press the '1' key to show widget and dialogue

Result: The widget appears in front of the dialogue text
Expected: The dialogue would appear in front of the widget (when played after the widget has been added to the screen) or there would be an option to have the dialogue moved to the front
