Videos of certain sizes no longer display in media players

Videos of certain sizes no longer display in the Media Player, this also applies to when the media player is a texture or in a material. This issue appears to be a regression.

1. Create a new project (no template or starter content needed0
2. Import the video provided
3. Create a new media player
4. Using the media Source file play the video in the media player
   Result: The Video plays but you cannot see it displayed
   Expected Result: The video plays and is displayed
