Description

Actor relative rotation is in the wrong order after enabling details panel favorites (YZX).

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the editor
  2. Create new actor blueprint
  3. Enable Detail Panel Favorites (Editor Preferences > Experimental)
  4. Open the Actor blueprint
  5. Click on the default scene root
  6. Scroll down until you see the relative transforms

Result: The Relative transform is in the order YZX (instead of XYZ)
Expected: The Relative transform would be in a consistent order with the rest of the editor
